Access to 5bww is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. Registration requires identity and age verification. Underage access is prohibited and accounts found to be in violation will be immediately closed.
Each player may hold only one 5bww account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts created for purposes of bonus abuse are prohibited and subject to suspension without refund of bonus balances.
All promotional bonuses credited to 5bww accounts are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in each promotion's individual terms at time of offer.

3.1 To access real-money services on 5bww, a Player must register an Account and complete identity verification. Registration requires a valid mobile number or email address, date of birth, full legal name, and acceptance of these Terms.
3.2 Each Player may register only one (1) Account on the Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts, whether discovered during registration or at any later point, will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts. Winnings accrued through duplicate Accounts may be forfeited.
3.3 Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. The Player is obligated to update their Account information if any details change. 5bww is not liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain current contact information, including a valid mobile number for OTP delivery.
3.4 5bww reserves the right to decline any registration application without explanation.
4.1 The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their password and any OTP codes received. The Player must not share their credentials with any third party.
4.2 The Player is responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, whether or not that activity was authorized by the Player. 5bww will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain credential security.
4.3 The Player must notify 5bww immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of their Account. 5bww will take reasonable steps to secure the Account upon notification.
4.4 5bww staff will never request a Player's password. Any communication purporting to be from 5bww that requests login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 5bww support.
5.1 Players may fund their 5bww Accounts using the payment methods available in the Cashier section of the Platform, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, CLiQQ, GrabPay, USDT, Coins.ph, and QR Ph. Available methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 A minimum deposit of Philippine Peso One Hundred (₱100) applies unless otherwise stated in an active promotion. 5bww reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits per transaction and per period.
5.3 Deposits must originate from a payment account owned by and registered to the Player. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 5bww reserves the right to return funds deposited from unverified or third-party sources and to close the associated Account.
5.4 The Player is responsible for any fees or charges imposed by their payment provider in connection with deposits to 5bww.
5.5 5bww does not accept deposits from Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. Deposits from prohibited jurisdictions will be returned and the associated Account may be closed.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of 5bww's compliance team. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play in demo mode but cannot withdraw real-money funds.
6.2 Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where operationally feasible. 5bww may, at its discretion, process withdrawals via an alternative verified method.

6.6 Chargebacks and payment reversals initiated by a Player against 5bww will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation. All costs incurred by 5bww in connection with a chargeback may be recovered from the Player.
7.1 5bww may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Bonus funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry period for each bonus are stated in the promotion-specific terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not available for withdrawal.
7.3 5bww reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a Player's participation in a promotion where the Player is suspected of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, registering multiple Accounts to claim multiple bonuses, placing hedged bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and using betting strategies designed to exploit promotional offers.
7.4 Players may not transfer, sell, or assign bonus funds or promotional credits to any other person.
7.5 In the event of any inconsistency between a promotional page and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern the applicable promotion, and these Terms shall govern all other matters.
8.1 All bets placed on 5bww are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable to the relevant product, as published on the Platform.
8.2 Once confirmed by the Platform, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the Player except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific game or event.
8.3 5bww reserves the right to void bets where: (a) a technical error resulted in an incorrect price or payout; (b) a bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (c) the relevant game or event was determined to have been subject to manipulation.
8.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game session, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's dispute resolution procedure. Where a round cannot be completed or verified, 5bww may void the affected bet and return the stake.
8.5 Bet settlement for sports events is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. 5bww will settle bets as soon as reasonably practicable following the declaration of an official result.

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5bww shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform.
11.2 5bww's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 5bww's liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (b) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." 5bww does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12.1 5bww reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete KYC verification.
12.2 In the event of Account closure, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.
12.3 Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting 5bww customer support. Self-requested account closures under responsible gaming self-exclusion may be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
